The Italian Reforms Minister Roberto Calderoli recently flaunted a T-shirt displaying one of the controversial Muhammed cartoons on state TV this week.
Well done you Reforms Minister you! Bravo! Good for you - you stand for reform and you will flaunt any t-shirt you want to! It's all about freedom of expression.
After all, it is the Italian Supreme Court which recently ruled that "an isolated and impulsive" pat on a woman's derriere at work did not constitute sexual harassment, and returned a verdict that a woman could not have been raped because she was wearing skin-tight jeans - it's all freedoms of expression, right?
Oh and the protest this Friday in Libya where the Italian consulate was attacked, possibly aggravated by your t-shirt, was clearly not your problem. You and your civilized & reformed t-shirt wearing choice cannot be held accountable for such uncivilized reaction!
