there is a beetle in my office...and it is trying to creep into my bottle of iced tea

how will i ever finish this conference paper and this presentation by tomorrow?
...I shall just have to delay tomorrow...
lost my Internet connection for my few minutes - and I was literally alarmed
...alarming that I should be so alarmed by intermittent internetting...

the beetle, i don;t mind - but bad manners, i cannot bear. and to pop into the bottle of my iced tea without invitation is bad manners - agreed?
